    At the Colony Square Athletic Club, we take a unique approach to exercise with a focus on the overall exercise experience and on building healthy, active lifestyles. We recently built a personal training Mega-Studio to offer you the most cutting edge state of the art equipment and small group team training. Small group personal training is less expensive and more fun than traditional one-on-one personal training.

    Additionally, your workouts will be anything but conventional as kettle bells, heavy marine ropes, monster tires, sledge hammers and spin bike interval training become part of your regular workout routine!  It is our goal to think outside the box of traditional training and to make your workouts FUN and functional to meet your needs.
